I am 15 years old, and saw the AC promo video on Facebook in September of 2008. In December, I organized AC campaigns both in my church community and my school community.
My church raised money (not sure of the total amount) for victims of flood in Ukraine last summer, after watching the promo video and my presentation of the damage done to the homes of many Ukrainians.
My school stuck to the LWI goal, and I raised over $1000 for clean water by presenting the AC video and speaking to everyone at our school Advent celebration, as well as putting up lots of bright posters.
Plus, I gave the gift of clean water to my parents and grandparents for Christmas, and the gift of my time to my little brother!

Our brand new church plant launched in Richmond, VA on Sept 21, 2008. 
Three months later to the day on December 21, we took up our advent
conspiracy offering and collected $8,500 to install a water
purification system in the village of Ta-Phin, Vietnam.  This was an
amazing thing!  Our people got so fired up about the conspiracy and
being involved.  For a new church to step up in that way was a huge
energy boost for us.

We are so excited to do the conspiracy this coming Christmas.
